Returns and refunds

Changed your mind
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Because honey is a food, this applies to unopened jars with the seal intact. Email us within those 7 days, send the jars back to the address we give you, and we refund the price of the honey within 30 days of receiving it. The return courier cost is yours; the original delivery fee is not refunded.
Arrived damaged or wrong
If a jar arrives broken, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email a photo to info@letitbee.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it at our cost or refund it in full — your choice. You do not need to send damaged goods back.
Something wrong with the honey
Crystallised honey is normal for raw honey and is not a defect. If you believe the honey is genuinely faulty, the Consumer Protection Act gives you six months to return it for a repair, replacement or refund; contact us and we will sort it out.
Cancelling before dispatch
Email us before you receive the tracking email and we cancel and refund in full, delivery fee included.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through PayFast to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.
